We had an amazing stay at this resort! The pool area was fantastic with plenty of towels provided, ensuring we had a comfortable experience. The staff at the pool and check-in were all very kind and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering a lazy river, water slides, pool and ping pong tables, corn hole throw, arcade. Our spacious villa was perfect for our family of 5, allowing us to have our own space. The location was also ideal, as it was near to everything we wanted to visit, including Universal Studios. The staff were accommodating and even granted our request to be close to our friends who were also vacationing with us. this resort was family-friendly and affordable, making it a definite return destination for us next year.
