I found the location of the hotel to be excellent, just a short walk from the tram at Gutenbergstrasse, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were personable and accommodating, especially Mr Otto, who allowed early check-in and kept us informed. The facilities were decent, and for a big city, the price was reasonable.
