The staff at the hotel were amazing. From the security guard, Phele, who was always helpful and checking on the place, to the receptionist, Anessa. The pool area was relaxing and the pool staff were fantastic. The rooms were huge and had a full kitchen, which was great for cooking our own meals. The location was close to everything, especially the theme parks like Sea World.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and having two bathrooms was a great plus. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the main pool area which, although crowded, was a great place to relax. The food from the poolside cafe was delicious and the room service food was fantastic as well. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was very close to the outlet mall for easy access to shopping, and it was also conveniently located near most theme parks in this city.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, at the end of International Drive. It's super easy to get around using the i trolley, and we found it more convenient than the hotel shuttle bus. Plus, the shuttle to Universal Studios was great. The apartment itself was very comfortable, with spacious rooms and a nice balcony. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our hotel safe, but they fixed it quickly. The temperature of the pools was fantastic, and there's a Publix supermarket and shopping mall within walking distance, so we didn't need a car. it was a great stay.

We loved the location, being very close to the theme parks and major attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a heated pool, a cafe, and a pool bar. The rooms were perfect for families, with separate bedrooms and a washer/dryer. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very pretty. We also enjoyed the view of the lake from our room.
