The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything we wanted to see in Old San Juan. We were able to walk to all the attractions and even to the cruise ship terminal. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Transportation was not an issue as there were plenty of options for eating out and exploring the city.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was stunning with high ceilings, big comfortable beds, and a beautiful balcony. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, making for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The location was outstanding, allowing us to easily explore the town on foot and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. We appreciated the public kitchen area, which helped us save some money during our stay.
