The staff was exceptionally friendly and always available to help. The location is great, right next to a large mall with plenty of shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms made my experience even better. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection.

We loved the hotel's excellent location, as it offered easy access to the nearby Oviedo shopping center, which had everything from restaurants to banks and a movie theater. The staff was incredibly attentive and always available to accommodate our needs, especially during breakfast; they truly enhanced our stay with their cheerful demeanor. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
