The location of this hotel was exceptional, right across from the Bostons Commons. It was perfect for me as a business traveler, with easy access to transportation and nearby facilities. The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and focused on making my stay the best possible. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They even arranged a ride for me and checked in during dinner to see if anything else was needed. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast served was delicious. The hotel staff were always friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed and looked after throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location of the hotel, right across from the park, was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were efficient, friendly, and extremely helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great gym and indoor pool. We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, close to everything in this city. The staff, from the moment we walked in until we left, was completely focused on us as customers. The front door staff, including the valet and bellman, as well as the staff at the front desk, were outstanding. They went above and beyond to make our trip the best it could be. They even arranged a ride for us to dinner and texted us during our meal to see if they needed to prepare the sofa bed for our daughter. Unbelievable service.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with a beautiful view of the park right across the street. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, providing all the amenities we needed. We also appreciated the convenience of parking and the easy access to transportation. The hotel's downtown location allowed us to explore this vibrant city, where we noticed a diverse mix of people in both black tie and jeans. We dined in the comfortable dining room, enjoying a pleasant view of Boston Common, and also had a great time in the bar area. we found the cleanliness to be top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Boston. The location was amazing, right across the street from the beautiful Boston Public Gardens. It was so convenient for getting to the Marathon Expo and catching a bus on Marathon Monday to the start line in Hopkinton. Additionally, there were many great restaurants in the city to explore.
