The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly, making the experience truly memorable. I especially enjoyed the view of Mt. Fuji from the lounge, and the breakfast options were exquisite. Convenient transportation from the hotel made exploring this city a breeze, while its prime location near the Imperial Palace added to its charm.

I loved the incredible views from my room, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially Andrew and McHayla, who made my dining experience delightful. The food was fantastic with varied options at Pigneto, and the gym facilities were top-notch. Easy access to four metro lines right at Otemachi made exploring this city a breeze.
