The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast that offered a variety of options, and the onsen was our favorite spot for relaxation. parking was easy and convenient, and the shuttle service made getting around effortless.

I loved the tranquil location of the hotel, away from the hustle of the city, which made exploring the beautiful gardens and surrounding nature such a pleasure. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I found the staff to be exceptionally kind and accommodating. The onsen was a lovely retreat, and I highly recommend the delectable breakfast spread as well as the traditional 8-course dinner.

We loved the fantastic view of Mt. Fuji from our room. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities, including a stunning hot tub with amazing views. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the paths around the hotel that led to beautiful scenery.

The location is perfect, away from the busy areas yet only a short drive to the train station. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, plus the breakfast options were delicious with plenty to choose from. The view of the sacred mountain was breathtaking, especially from the top-floor lounge.
