The breakfast buffet was delicious with high-quality options, and the cleanliness of the facilities was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well, which made communication easy and enjoyable. the stunning view of Mt. Fuji from my room added a special touch to my experience.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and communicated well in English, which added to our comfort. Our room was impressively clean and beautifully furnished, featuring a charming bay window and a comfy bed that made for a cozy stay. We also enjoyed the rooftop onsen; the view of the surrounding area and Mt. Fuji was simply breathtaking, especially at night.
