We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even took care of our luggage when we arrived early. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a lovely sitting area. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes from the main train station and close to both shops and the Gion District for food.
