The location was perfect, right on the edge of the university campus and adjacent to UT Knoxville. It was a short walk to the World's Fair Park and Market Square, where there were many restaurants and fun activities. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with tastefully designed rooms that left no detail overlooked. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the entire hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff, from the front desk to the valet, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The Saloon 16 had delicious food and amazing drinks, and the breakfast pastries and coffee were excellent. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also loved the convenient location, as it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants. the cleanliness, friendly staff, great amenities, and convenient location were the best aspects of our stay.
