We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the lake and surrounded by the beautiful mountains. The period charm of the hotel was impressive, with its stunning interior and exterior. We were able to easily explore the city thanks to the convenient transportation options available, including the city bus that stopped right outside the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities provided were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered and the friendly and polite staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The transportation was excellent, with a bus stop nearby that allowed us to easily explore the Old Town. The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by beautiful mountains and within walking distance to Lake Lucerne. The breakfast provided was varied and delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, just a block off the lake and close to the Swiss Transport Museum. The staff was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The location was perfect, just 200 meters from the lake and a short walk to the main city sights. The hotel facilities were beautiful and clean, and we were impressed by the spaciousness and comfort of our room. The air conditioning provided a much-needed reprieve from the heat, and the breakfast in the beautifully decorated dining room was exceptional.
