We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to sanitize everything, even our shoes upon entering any building. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the pool and the beach. The breakfast and lunch options were minimal, but the staff served us and took necessary precautions to ensure our safety. The dinner was the standout meal, and we had a great selection of dishes to choose from. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, responding promptly to our needs and providing excellent service. we had a wonderful experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The facilities were clean and modern, and the staff provided excellent service. The variety of restaurants offered delicious food, especially the breakfast, coffee shop, sushi restaurant, and Mexican restaurant. The hotel's commitment to the environment was also impressive. I loved the convenience of the transportation and the beautiful grounds. The beach was spacious and well set up, and the swimming pools were comfortable. I enjoyed the entertainment from TRS and the daily activities organized by the hotel.

I absolutely loved everything about this resort! The property and hotel itself are stunning, with beautiful lakes, buildings, and common areas. Walking around the hotel was so relaxing, and I highly recommend taking a boat ride on the lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk, who welcomed me with a smile even though I arrived late at night. The rooms were not only beautiful but also spacious, with great amenities. I loved how accessible the pools and beach were, and the beach setup was perfect - spacious enough for everyone. The cleanliness of the hotel grounds was exceptional, and the breakfast provided was delicious. the hotel facilities were top-notch, making for an unforgettable luxury experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with our room being very clean and modern. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with two amazing pools, a great spa, and a well-equipped gym. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options in the six restaurants we tried, except for the Italian restaurant.
