The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with great access to the pool area. The location was convenient and allowed us easy transportation to nearby attractions like the Grand Indonesia shopping mall. the hotel offered a comfortable atmosphere and facilities that suited our needs perfectly.

The cleanliness of our room was remarkable, and we appreciated the spaciousness, especially the large desk for our work needs. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered in the Andrawina Restaurant was delightful, providing a variety of options to start our day right.

The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful when I encountered an issue during check-in. Plus, my upgraded room was spacious and provided a lovely view of the pool, allowing for direct access to the pool deck, which was a great bonus.
