I loved the central location of the hotel. I was close to many attractions, cafes, and supermarkets. The staff was friendly, always ready to help. The breakfast was simple but satisfying.

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated near key attractions like the central park and the cable car to Kok-Tobe. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We found the breakfast to be satisfying, offering a nice variety, and our family suite provided ample space with stunning views, despite being a bit dated.

I could easily walk to nearby attractions like the 28 Panfilov Park and the Zenkhov Cathedral. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when we needed an early breakfast. The cleanliness of the room was also commendable, making my overall experience quite pleasant.
