We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of Playa del Carmen. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the ADO terminal. We could easily explore all the entertainment options and even catch a ferry or long-distance bus. The hotel facilities were simple, yet clean, and we had everything we needed, including a hairdryer and air conditioning. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The courtyard was a lovely environment for breakfast, and the hotel had a beautiful main area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Playa del Carmen. The room was spacious, clean, and had great WiFi. The location was perfect, just one block from 5th Avenue and the bus terminal, and close to a beautiful part of the beach. We also appreciated the convenient parking and the fact that the hotel had great facilities, including a refreshing pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is super clean and nicely decorated, with good beds and lots of hot water. We also loved the location, just off Avenida 5 on a pedestrian-only street, and only one block away from the bus station. It was so convenient for transportation and exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel provided nice amenities like a coffeemaker and each apartment had a safe for valuables.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just between 10th and 5th Avenue, and only a block away from the Ado bus terminal. It was also conveniently close to a beautiful part of the beach, near the Cozumel ferries. The hotel itself was clean and had all the facilities we needed. Horacio, who was always there, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and felt safe and secure during our time here.
