The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a variety of pools to choose from and beautiful walk-out patio studios. We felt safe throughout our stay, and the staff, especially Gilberto, Ana, Israel. The location was convenient, with easy access to both Capes, and the breakfast served was delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort. The property is very clean with awesome ocean views and the hacienda style architecture adds a welcoming touch. It's a large property but still maintains an intimate feel. The staff was great, especially the wait staff and Omelet kitchen staff, who provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a kids club, pools, and spacious suites with balconies. Additionally, the location was ideal - it's outside of the hectic city area yet only an $8 Uber ride to downtown, making it the best choice in this city.

Their pride in their Mexican culture was evident, and it made me feel proud to be Mexican myself. The location was also perfect, with easy access to both San Jose and San Lucas. The private beach was a dream, and the views of the ocean from the hotel's eateries were breathtaking. The pools, especially the jacuzzi and infinity pools, were stunning. The food was delicious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The lack of bugs was a pleasant surprise, and the variety of restaurants catered to everyone's preferences. The gym was clean and well-equipped. it was a fantastic experience.

The breakfast at Tomato's was excellent, offering a wide variety of tasty options and stunning views of the surrounding ocean. The staff at this hotel really made me feel valued and provided excellent service. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I had everything I needed and always greeted me with a smile.

The location was stunning, with beautiful gardens and grounds that added to the authentic Mexican feel I was looking for. The staff were extremely friendly and radiated warmth and pride, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The central location of the hotel made it easy for me to explore the neighboring cities, visit attractions like Emilias and Flora Farms, go ziplining, play golf at Cabo de Sol-Ocean course, and even enjoy a private luxury sail with Cabo Adventures. The breakfast was delicious and the pool staff were amazing. The customer service here was outstanding, with the staff always going above and beyond to fulfill any requests or provide shuttle rides when needed. my experience at this hotel was stellar and I had lots of fun.
