The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lake and pirate ship port. The cleanliness was impressive, and the onsen facilities were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help. Breakfast offered a nice variety, and the traditional vibe made our experience memorable.
