We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were the highlight of our experience, with their warm and friendly service. The receptionists and breakfast servers were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel was kept clean and tidy, and the location was convenient and reasonably priced.

The location was perfect for us, within walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to visit, including the Chicago River Walk, Millennium Park, and Buckingham Fountain. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast provided a good variety of hot and cold options, and the staff was polite, friendly, and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for my needs on this trip. It was within walking distance of all the main sites and places to visit in this city, including the Art Institute, Millenium Park, and Grant Park. Additionally, it was very close to shopping on State St and Michigan Ave, which was great for picking up souvenirs. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with everything kept clean and tidy. The breakfast provided was satisfying and the staff were warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door.

Location in center of downtown: The hotel was located near many sites and attractions, such as the Public Bank Theater, State Street, Millennium Park, and the Bean.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The breakfast options were varied and changed every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect and within walking distance to the CIBC theater where we were going that evening to see Hamilton.
