On a last minute getaway for a night with only a few days to plan ahead, I was grateful that this hotel had a room available when all the other hotels in the area were full. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly Tammy at the front desk who handled my complaints with professionalism. The hotel's close proximity to the airport made it convenient and saved me time and money on transportation. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for visiting both Mystic Aquarium and Roger Williams Park Zoo in the same trip, as it was close to Providence and Newport without the higher rates.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the rooms to the bathrooms and hallways. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and whirlwind pool which were cool and relaxing. The location was perfect, right next to the airport and the on-demand shuttle service made transportation a breeze. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located to where Lyft picked me up to go to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful, suggesting food delivery options for a late night dinner and ensuring my stay was comfortable.

The front desk staff was efficient, friendly, and kind, always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect for us, as it was conveniently located near the zoo, downtown Providence, and the beautiful south county beaches.
