I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, where the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, being just a short walk from the main tram stop, which made exploring the area easy. I also enjoyed the beautiful garden and the onsen facilities, which provided a relaxing escape. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the futons were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get the best sleep I've had in years.
