I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, where the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, being just a short walk from the main tram stop, which made exploring the area easy. I also enjoyed the beautiful garden and the onsen facilities, which provided a relaxing escape. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the futons were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get the best sleep I've had in years.

The onsen facilities were fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor options that provided a relaxing experience.
