We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the heart of downtown. It was super close to cable car access and the Bart, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with seating and umbrellas by the pool. We also appreciated the fact that they didn't have breakfast available, but we received a voucher for a discount at a nearby cafe.

The best aspects of my stay were the friendly staff, who provided prompt assistance during check-in, and the delivery of the two queen beds as requested. Additionally, the hotel's in and out parking access made it convenient for us to come and go easily. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located and within a few minutes of all the attractions in this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just a few yards from Union Square and Powell Street, providing easy access to all the public transportation options in this city. We were able to hop on buses, metros, and the Bart to and from the airport without any hassle. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby restaurants, malls, and even the start of the popular Powell/Hyde and Powell/Mason trolley routes. The hotel facilities were great as well, with a heated swimming pool and a gym. The rooms were clean and equipped with convenient amenities like power outlets and USB ports. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, offering us an upgrade and even arranging for a special surprise in our room for our anniversary. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
