I had an amazing experience at the hotel, as the staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The cleanliness was impressive, and the room was always tidy thanks to the diligent housekeeping team. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options, and the location was perfect for exploring major attractions like the beautiful West Lake.

The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of both Western and Asian dishes, ensuring that all tastes were catered for. The location near West Lake made it incredibly convenient for exploring the breathtaking scenery, and the staff, especially Ms. Ching, provided exceptional service with her excellent English and knowledgeable recommendations.

The location couldn't be better, just a short stroll from the breathtaking lake, allowing us easy access to beautiful views and local eateries. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially during breakfast service when they managed the busy hours with grace.
