We loved the hotel's location in the Old Quarter. Everything was walking distance, including great restaurants and sights like Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Tiffany even sat with us at check-in to recommend activities and dining options. The cleanliness and spaciousness of our room were impressive. Breakfast was made to order, and Julie kindly prepared a plate of fruit for my long excursion without me asking.
