We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, with a mezzanine bedroom and a balcony. It was clean and comfortable, providing a nice view of the bay. The location was perfect for us, as it was right off of Thames St and within walking distance to everything in this city. Additionally, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and provided us with large golf umbrellas when it was raining. The continental breakfast was also a highlight, offering a good variety of options. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location for walking everywhere were all excellent.

The hotel's location on the harbor side of Historic Thames Street is perfect for easily walking to most attractions in this city. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impressive. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the city center and with a beautiful harbor view from some of the rooms. The rooms themselves were clean and spacious, with a unique loft design that provided extra space. Parking was available on site, which was convenient. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
