We had an amazing time at this all-inclusive hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the water park always being very clean and the pools well-maintained. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a great selection of pools including an adults-only pool and fun party pools with swim-up bars. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, with stunning white sand and clear turquoise water. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The breakfast at Ciao was delicious, and we also enjoyed the tasty food at Toro Steakhouse. The location was convenient, with easy access to the moon lounge area, the stores inside the complex, and the casino.

The beach is lovely, and we especially enjoyed the Isla pool and the activities organized by the hotel. The staff was very nice and professional, providing us with the best service we've experienced in this city. The room was amazing, with a comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and even a hot tub. We also loved the gym and the variety of dining options available. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was just a 20-minute drive from the airport and very close to the beach and other activities in this city.
