The facility was clean and easy to navigate. The staff, particularly Perry in hospitality and Ashley at the front desk, were wonderful and accommodating. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool under the glass dome, which was a great place to relax. The location in the updated water tower was perfect, providing stunning views of both the sunset and sunrise. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly James at the front desk who made us feel right at home.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and we were particularly impressed with the hotel facilities. The recently updated tower that we stayed in was modern and well-maintained. The location was also convenient, as it was not far from all the other casinos in the area. Additionally, the staff provided exceptional service. We had a wonderful experience at the Eagles store, where Lavonda took care of us and went above and beyond with her outstanding service. The security team was also commendable, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We highly recommend staying at this hotel and can't wait to return in the future.
