The location was stunning, especially with the beautiful Christmas decor along the boardwalk. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a refurbished room with a fantastic lake view and a cozy balcony. The pool and hot tub were great additions for relaxation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel welcome. I loved using the outdoor jacuzzi and the pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy. The place was clean and the balconies were a lovely touch.
