The staff, including Francisco, JC, Eli, Hugo. The breakfast buffet is a must-try, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

The staff, especially Angel our butler and Cesar and Felix, the waiters, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The hotel facilities, including the gym and the two main pools, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The food options were fantastic, with a variety of choices for vegetarians like myself. The hotel also offered convenient transportation options, including a taxi service with a reliable driver named Gabriel.
