We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, with its unbeatable location just a short walk from the cable car turnaround and Union Square, making transportation super easy. The staff was attentive and genuinely helpful, ensuring our experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. We loved our clean room, which featured a comfy bed, small fridge, and a desk for our convenience. Plus, having early check-in for free was a nice bonus!
