We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff stood out. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a mini refrigerator, kettle, and a lovely balcony. We also enjoyed the convenience of being in the heart of the city, with numerous restaurants and leisure areas just a short walk away. Breakfast was personalized and offered a wide range of options, which made for a delightful start to our days.

We loved the hotel's prime location, which is smack in the heart of everything, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the downtown area and accessing numerous fantastic restaurants. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a preselected menu that eliminated food waste and kept things efficient, while the lobby shop was a great bonus for snacks and drinks.

We loved the hotel's excellent location, right next to the cruise ship piers and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring our large room was spotless and comfortable, complete with a spacious balcony and various amenities like a mini fridge and a large TV. Breakfast was personalized, allowing us to choose from an extensive menu, and we appreciated the prompt help with our luggage on arrival and departure.
