We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, where the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff stood out. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a mini refrigerator, kettle, and a lovely balcony. We also enjoyed the convenience of being in the heart of the city, with numerous restaurants and leisure areas just a short walk away. We loved the hotel's excellent location, right next to the cruise ship piers and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring our large room was spotless and comfortable, complete with a spacious balcony and various amenities like a mini fridge and a large TV.
