The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped through the front door. They provided me with a list of open restaurants nearby, making it easy for me to find a place to eat. The cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby to my room, was impeccable. The location of the hotel in downtown, overlooking the river, was perfect for exploring the area. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to the HBR conference, and the stunning views of the Mississippi River at the Kingfish Restaurant. The room was spacious and the lobby was beautiful. It was a short walk to excellent dining options, and there was a public parking garage nearby. The hotel's location right along the river allowed us to enjoy the most gorgeous sunsets.

The hotel facilities were impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the room service, which had the best food I've ever had. Another great aspect was the staff - every single one of them was incredibly friendly and helpful.
