We had a fantastic stay! The bed and pillows were like a cloud, providing the most comfortable sleep. The staff was awesome and very helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge menu and made-to-order omelettes by a chef. We also enjoyed the evening reception with complimentary refreshments served by friendly waitresses. The hotel's location on Glades Rd was convenient for accessing all the main shopping and dining destinations in this city. Additionally, the hotel's atrium area outside of the rooms was beautifully designed with serene water features, reminding us of The Contemporary hotel at Walt Disney World.

Checking in and out was quick and easy, and I was able to leave my puppy in the room without any disturbances. The bathroom was good, and I loved the sweet lake view.
