The staff was friendly and efficient.
The breakfast buffet had many choices and great attention to detail.
The tropical pool area and landscaped grounds were lovely.
The location was terrific for airport and port transportation.

I had a fantastic stay with breathtaking views from my fabulous mini suite. The hotel facilities were excellent with a nice big pool and a great atmosphere. The location was very convenient, especially for those taking a cruise from Port Everglades. The staff members were all helpful and courteous, creating a pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a Water Taxi pick up/drop off point, making transportation easy.

We stayed here before our cruise and found this hotel to be in a great location. It was close to last minute shopping, which was convenient before heading to the cruise ship. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, especially the omelet. The staff, including the bell captain and valets, were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the room had a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Transportation to the cruise terminal was easy and affordable, either by cab or shuttle.
