I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the location was fantastic—just a short stroll to the museum and within walking distance to Market Street. The cleanliness of the entire facility was impressive, and the staff were exceptionally helpful, quickly addressing any concerns, such as a TV remote issue.

We loved the spacious and clean room with beautiful views of the river. The hotel is perfectly located next to the Museum of Glass and close to various shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to assist us, especially during the wineglass series event. The breakfast options were tasty and reasonably priced, even though we encountered some confusion with charges.
