We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was excellent, with great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The water wall, which was also within walking distance, was a must-see. We always felt safe in the neighborhood. The breakfast was good, with the option to request a made-to-order omelette. The servers went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. The hotel lobby was nice, with fast elevators. The bed was comfortable, and we had a gorgeous view of the city. Additionally, it was exciting to witness two events taking place inside the hotel during our stay - a Miss Houston pageant and a gaming convention.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The staff, from the moment I arrived, were incredibly helpful, nice, and always had a smile on their faces. The location was superb, just a short walk away from the renowned Galleria. Additionally, the shuttle service provided was a huge help. The price was very reasonable, especially considering how great the food was. I couldn't have asked for more!

The hotel had clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location near the Galleria mall. The American breakfast was tasty, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Getting around the area was easy, whether by car or on foot.
