I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, including the pull-out bed and roll-away bed. The staff, for the most part, were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had a beautiful and clean lobby and breakfast hall. My room had a gorgeous view and a spacious layout. The staff throughout my stay were incredible, from the front desk to the bellhops and cleaning crew. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from Universal Studios. I enjoyed the buffet with a photographer, which was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay with great staff and fantastic facilities and room. The hotel was very clean and the lobbies smelled pleasant. The staff were professional and provided excellent service. The shuttle to Universal was a great perk and ran throughout the day. The location next to the 24hr gym was convenient for fitness enthusiasts.

Great location, very close to the theme park and train to access Hollywood & city centers. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had amazing views. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Cleanliness and facilities were top-notch.
