The hotel had incredible staff who provided quick and easy check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had easy access to the beach. The ambiance was very nice, and I want to give special recognition to Miguel the bellman, Alicia at the front desk, Barbara and Olivia at the pool bar, and Ximena at the pool. They were all friendly, helpful, and provided outstanding service.

We had a fantastic stay on the 5th floor with a huge room and an excellent view from the balcony, overlooking a beautiful and clean pool and hot tub. The hotel is situated in an excellent location, close to restaurants and just a short drive to other attractions in the area. The breakfast buffet was very good, with made-to-order omelettes and fluffy pancakes. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the valet/parking manager who went out of his way to assist us with heating up our baby's bottle.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring we had everything we needed. Special shoutout to Rachel and Ana at the front desk for a seamless check-in and a complimentary upgrade as diamond members. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a variety of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, and Woody and Brandon provided great recommendations for things to do on the island.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just steps away from the stunning beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a week of business meetings. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me, as everything was spotless. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived till the time I checked out. They even sent me a text message through the hotel app to make sure everything was going well with my stay. I also have to mention the delicious breakfast they served every morning, it was absolutely fantastic!
