The location of this hotel is amazing! I could easily walk to many activities and even watched a cruise ship set sail from my room. The hotel is close to a mall and the riverwalk, where I had delicious beignets at Café du Monde without having to go outside. The staff here is extremely friendly and efficient. The room service was prompt and the food was delicious. I also appreciated the quick response from housekeeping when I needed extra towels. the hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained.
