The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The Starbucks staff were friendly and remembered my preferences. Multiple seating areas in the lobby for relaxation. The riverfront room with a balcony was perfect for people watching and enjoying the atmosphere.

The hotel was located directly on the Riverwalk, which made it easy to access the river and enjoy the scenic views. It was also within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions, including the Alamo. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel, from the reception to the waiters, were all incredibly pleasant and eager to assist. the hotel had a classy atmosphere and the restaurant served exceptional food.

We loved the location on the riverwalk, close to all the restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The parking was convenient and reasonably priced. Additionally, the hotel was close to the event we were attending that evening.
