We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a beautiful and walkable area of Pasadena. It was convenient for exploring the city, with restaurants and stores within easy reach. We loved being halfway between Old Pasadena and the Lake Avenue shopping and restaurant area. Additionally, the hotel provided us with convenient transportation to the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl, which was part of a group event we attended. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The valet personnel were my favorites! The facilities were well maintained and the room was clean and designed efficiently. The hotel's contact-free check-in/out process was hassle-free and convenient. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown Pasadena and the freeway. Additionally, there were plenty of excellent restaurants, shopping areas, and theaters nearby.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness standards, with spotless rooms and bathrooms. I was impressed by the hotel facilities, especially the balcony that provided a nice space to relax. Although I had a fire view, I found the pillows and mattress to be very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was perfect for me as it was easy to walk to many restaurants and stores in this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness level was top-notch, with no throw pillows or bed runners that are usually dirty. The room had a balcony with a great view, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a nice restaurant and a Starbucks coffee shop inside. The location was perfect for us, as it was just around the corner from the convention center we were visiting. The staff, especially Virginia at the front desk, provided exceptional service, going out of their way to help us.

Additionally, it was centrally located, making it convenient for using rideshare services to explore further. The staff at this hotel were exceptional.
