The amenities, on-site restaurants, and water park cafe were fantastic. The hotel's location was convenient with stores nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The towels provided at the water park and pool were great. The lazy river was enjoyable, and I loved the spacious Kong Suite.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, especially Ms. Patty at the front desk and Mr. Billy, our helpful bus hop. The resort has so much to do for children of all ages and it is clean and well maintained. We found the beds and linens to be of good quality and the rooms cozy and clean.
