We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as the cleanliness was impressive, and the facilities offered everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The friendly staff made us feel welcomed; Mohamed and Rania at the executive lounge went above and beyond, and Hoda El Masry at breakfast was a joy to interact with. The location also allowed us easy access to the Pyramids, enhancing our experience.
