I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had an ice machine on each floor, which was convenient. The location was great, as it was connected to an overhead walkway to the venue I was attending. It was also close to local restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the early check-in and late check-out that the staff accommodated. a wonderful experience.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenient parking facilities. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the nearby Blue Line and a new Outlet mall. It was also great to be able to take the Chicago subway and walk through the above ground tunnels to reach the Convention Center and other adjacent properties. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. The hotel also offered transportation to the airport every 20 minutes, which was convenient for our early morning flight. The staff, especially Maria from housekeeping, was friendly and made us feel welcome. it was one of the best places we have stayed.
