The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel facilities, including the large indoor-outdoor pool, were impressive. The location was excellent, close enough to walk to places to eat or to shops. We enjoyed watching the July 4th fireworks from this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well stocked, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities, including the indoor pool, sauna, and kids craft center, were top-notch and provided plenty of entertainment options for the whole family. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it is right by the lake and close to popular attractions such as Emerald Bay, Pope Beach, and Eagle Falls. The proximity to these points of interest made it convenient for us to explore the beautiful surroundings of this city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was fantastic, with a well-stocked kitchen and a very comfortable bed. I especially loved the extra large soaking tub. The staff were professional and prompt, making check-in a breeze. They were also very reassuring when I had concerns about charges. The hotel provided everything I needed, from towels and blankets to a comfortable sofa bed. Parking was convenient, and the grounds were lovely.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were professional and prompt, making our check-in process smooth. They went over what was prepaid and clarified any confusion about charges. The room was comfortable and roomy, with a well-equipped kitchen and ample towels and blankets. The sofabed was surprisingly comfortable. The hotel's central location was convenient for exploring the city, and it was close to the Heavenly ski resort, places to eat, and the beach. we enjoyed our stay, and parking was not a problem.

We loved the convenient location, with plenty of nearby places to eat for the kids. Being close to a beach that rented out kayaks and jet skis was a major plus. The hotel also had a great variety of kid activities every morning, and the staff running them were friendly and helpful. The indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi were a hit, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. The property was clean and well-presented. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff.
