I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, promptly resolving a room assignment issue and fixing a billing error at checkout. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for a comfortable stay. I loved the spacious and comfortable bed, as well as the convenient location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to the Capitol and other downtown attractions, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Additionally, the presence of a shuttle bus, complimentary water, pool, and gym added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location made it easy for us to explore the city's attractions. The onsite restaurant served a delicious buffet-style breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean and modernized. Additionally, the gated parking lot provided easy access for our vehicle.

The room was clean and updated, with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed having a K-cup coffee maker in the room. The shuttle service was convenient, taking us to the airport and nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to stay in the room past check-out time. The hotel's location was great, within walking distance of downtown sights and the convention center.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were marvelous, especially the front desk employee named KALAEJA F. They were professional, kind, and displayed grace under pressure when a large busload of young people arrived. The hotel is conveniently located very near the Greyhound Bus terminal, which made it easy for us to travel. The hotel facilities, including the pool and workout room, looked nice and well-maintained, although we didn't have time to use them. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was only 3 minutes away from the convention center where our conference was held. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation to and from the convention center, and the drivers were great. We also appreciated their recommendation for a restaurant called The Elevator Brewery, which had unbelievable food and ambiance.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were friendly and tried very hard to make our visit enjoyable. The room itself was very nice and updated, and the bed was comfortable. We especially appreciated the K-cup coffee maker in the room, which was a nice touch. The hotel also offered a convenient shuttle service to the airport, making our travel experience hassle-free. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and even offered to drop us off and pick us up from nearby restaurants, which was a great option for those without a car or wanting to avoid downtown parking. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location were all excellent.
