We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room was spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the hotel's dedication to maintaining a high level of cleanliness. Despite a concert happening next door, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind. The location was perfect, with the coliseum within easy walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing a hassle-free check-in experience. We were delighted to find fresh cookies waiting for us upon arrival. The hotel's attention to detail, from the decor to the cinnamon rolls, made our stay even more enjoyable. our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The large and clean room was a highlight, and the breakfast buffet was great with a wide selection of delicious options. The staff, including the friendly and helpful Patrice, the General Manager, made my stay even better. Additionally, the hotel's location provided easy access to the civic center events and the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our experience even better. The beds were comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean. The location was convenient, as it was right across from the convention center and close to great restaurants and shops. Additionally, the hotel offered easy parking and had a shuttle available to the airport. We were also pleased with the extended checkout time of noon, allowing us to relax and not rush in the morning.
