Absolutely fabulous family-run hotel with lovely views of the mountains.
Excellent central location right by Peace Lutheran Church.
Surrounded by a lagoon and a lake.
Reasonably large and updated rooms with wooden furnishings.
Continental breakfast has variety of meals.
Excellent restaurant serving Italian dinner menu.
Top-notch service; amenities are excellent.
Great prices for the area.

Some complaints about the horrible bed.
A few staff members might seem not very friendly at times.

We loved the convenient location, just a short distance from our son's apartment and close to the Sausalito ferry landing for our planned excursions to San Francisco. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed us, with a lovely and spacious room that had all the necessary facilities. The breakfast selection was great, and as coffee lovers, we appreciated the delicious coffee provided. The staff, especially Joanne at the front desk, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

We loved that they loaned us bikes to ride to Sausalito and the complimentary S'more kits by the fire pit. The staff sent us a text to check if we needed anything. The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly. The wifi was good. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful.

The room was large, well-designed, and very pretty. The hotel had great facilities including a swimming pool and spa. Its location was convenient, with easy access to San Francisco through a nearby bus depot or ferry in Sausalito. We enjoyed the beautiful walking path behind the hotel that led to restaurants and the opportunity for bike rides along the bay. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I had the perfect location to enjoy the beach and visit Muir Woods. The hotel provided easy access to the highway without any annoying highway noise. I loved the great view of the mountains and the convenient trail that runs along the Marsh. The hotel had many entrances and exits from different sides, making it very convenient. It was nice to have parking spots right in front of my room's window. I appreciated the hot water and coffee available in the hallway. The room also had a decent microwave and a fridge/cooler, which came in handy.

The location was perfect for us, as it was a peaceful spot to use as a base for day trips into San Francisco. We also appreciated the easy access to the freeway, making it convenient to get around. The hotel had modern decor, and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a decent selection, and the staff was friendly and available.
