I had a lovely stay at the hotel, where everything was impeccably clean, and the location was ideal, surrounded by beautiful beaches and a massive water park. The staff, especially Alvin, truly stood out for his patience and excellent communication, which made my check-in smooth and enjoyable. The swimming pool looked fantastic from my room, adding to the overall great atmosphere of the place.
