We loved the location. It was in the heart of the city, close to Gran Via and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean and tidy.

The friendly staff went out of their way to assist us, ensuring our needs were met. Its prime location allowed us to explore all major attractions easily on foot, and we appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection throughout our visit.

I had a great experience at the hotel, as it was located in a vibrant, eclectic area filled with local bars and restaurants. The rooms were spotless and charming, making my stay comfortable and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Marianna, who offered fantastic suggestions for exploring the city and made me feel right at home.
